Privacy Policy
NUVRIKA is an educational quiz application intended to support preparation for RRB, SSC and GD examinations. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
1. Information we process
- Account and authentication: Google/Firebase account identifiers, and account details such as name and email if supplied through sign-in.
- Quiz activity: questions served, submitted answers, timestamps, scores, progress and leaderboard or winner eligibility records.
- Prize administration: eligibility verification and, for eligible users who submit a prize claim, their name, phone number, postal address, and delivery or tracking information.
- Technical and advertising data: network and diagnostic data handled by infrastructure providers. The app integrates Google AdMob; if ads are activated, Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, app interaction information, IP-derived location and diagnostics in accordance with their policies and applicable consent choices.
2. Why we process it
We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver quiz questions, securely validate answers, maintain scores, operate competitions and leaderboards, prevent abuse, verify prize eligibility, process eligible prize claims, arrange delivery and respond to support requests.
3. Providers and sharing
Our services use Firebase Authentication and Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure. Where applicable, Google AdMob and associated advertising providers may process information for ads. Necessary prize-delivery details may be shared with a shipping provider to fulfill an approved claim. We do not sell personal information.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
Advertising is currently disabled in the app through a server-controlled setting. If ads are enabled later, their operation and any applicable consent or privacy choices will be handled according to applicable law and Google policies. 5. Security
We use HTTPS, authentication checks and server-side quiz validation to help protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, administer legitimate prize claims, maintain platform security and meet applicable obligations. Some records may be retained after an account deletion request where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Specific retention periods will depend on the record and applicable requirements.
7. Eligibility and children
App and prize eligibility requirements will be stated in NUVRIKA's published rules. Users who are not eligible to provide personal information or enter a prize promotion under applicable requirements should not submit a prize claim.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy if the app, its data practices or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published here with a new date.
Account and Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your NUVRIKA account and associated personal data, email us from the address linked to your NUVRIKA sign-in, where possible.
Use the subject NUVRIKA Account Deletion Request. We may ask for reasonable verification of account ownership before acting. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, identity documents or your complete postal address in the initial email.
You can also request deletion of particular prize-claim details or other personal information by contacting us. We will explain any information that must be retained for valid legal, security or prize-dispute reasons.
This page provides a web-based request method. Any required in-app account-deletion flow must be implemented in the app separately before its Google Play release.
